This property has 5 suites on 2 stories, ground and upper.
-The first Suite has a large one-bedroom apartment with two double beds. Includes a bathroom, kitchen, and large living room area of closet/storage space and this apartment opens at the front of the building and has a front tiled courtyard area.
THE RENT IS: $450 WEEKLY AND $1,200 MONTLY

-The second Suite is one bedroom apartment with king size bed. Wardrobe with shelves as well as nightstand with storage. Includes a bathroom, kitchen, and living room area that includes a doble size futon couch. This apartment has a private balcony on the street side.

-The third Suite is one bedroom apartment with king size bed. Built in storage as well as nightstands with storage. Includes a bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. This apartment has a private balcony on the street side with a view down to the beach.
THE RENT IS: $450 WEEKLY AND $1,200 MONTLY

--The fourth Suite is poolside studio apartment with one double ved, a closet and storage space as well as a small loveseat couch. Includes a bathroom, kitchen, and sliding glass doors out to the pool.
THE RENT IS: $400 WEEKLY AND $900 MONTLY.

-The fifth Suite has large one bedroom apartment with king size bed. Lots of built in storage. Includes a huge bathroom, kitchen, and living room area that includes a double size futon couch. This apartment has a private balcony overlooking the pool and with a view to the beach. The fifth is our premium apartment.
THE RENT IS: $500. WEEKLY AND $1,300 MONTLY

All the apartments have:
-Equipped kitchen including: stovetop, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, as well as plates, crockery, cooking utensils, etc.
-Private bathroom with shower
-Air conditioned bedroom
-Ceiling and floor fans
-Eating area
-Living room (except for fourth , the poolside studio apartment)
-TV with cable
-Wifi
-All bed, bathroom and kitchen linens (2 sets of each for bed, 2 sets of towels per person). These will be laundered once a week.
